Opportunity sources & reporting
Where listings come from
Each listing names its source and links to the official page or the publication that listed it. Sources include official programme pages added by our editors, public data services (for example U.S. federal job and grant services, the EU Funding & Tenders portal, ReliefWeb and Codeforces), job boards whose terms allow reuse, employer careers boards, and postings published directly by organisations that Kairova has verified. Sources whose terms do not allow automated collection (such as Devpost) are added by hand or only linked.
What Kairova adds, and what it does not
Many listings are also published openly by their organisers. Kairova does not claim exclusive rights to them. What Kairova adds is the work around them: gathering from many sources, removing duplicates and expired listings, classifying, matching to your profile, alerts, deadlines and tracking.
Kairova is not the organiser or sponsor of listed opportunities (except postings by verified employers on Kairova Hire, which the employer is responsible for). Eligibility, deadlines, funding and pay are shown only when the source states them; when they are missing, the listing says so, and you should check the official page.
What we check
- Listings past their deadline are expired automatically.
- Official links from our editorial directory, RSS feeds and conference listings are re-checked weekly; links that no longer exist are hidden until fixed.
- Employer postings that ask for fees, identity documents or off-platform contact are held for review before publication.
- When a source is temporarily unavailable, listings we already hold keep their original dates; they are not shown as freshly updated.
Report a listing
If a listing looks wrong, expired, misleading or like a scam, write to support@niitunified.space with the listing's address (it starts with niitunified.space/kairova/o/) and what is wrong. Never pay a fee to apply for an opportunity found on Kairova without confirming it with the organiser directly.
