Terms of Service
1. What Kairova is
Kairova is an opportunity search service run by EF Nexus Ltd (Kigali, Rwanda). It gathers listings for jobs, internships, apprenticeships, scholarships, fellowships, grants, competitions, trainings, conferences, volunteering, exchanges and freelance work from official programme pages, public data services and other sources whose terms allow it, and adds search, matching, alerts and tracking tools. Verified organisations can also publish their own postings on Kairova Hire.
Kairova is not the organiser of the opportunities it lists unless a posting is marked as published by a verified employer on Kairova, and even then the employer, not Kairova, decides who is selected. Kairova does not guarantee admission, employment, funding, acceptance or any other outcome.
2. Accuracy of listings
Listings change after we read them. We record where each listing came from and when, expire listings whose deadline has passed, and check some official links automatically, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or current. Always confirm deadlines, eligibility, costs and conditions on the organiser's official page before you apply or pay anything to anyone. See Opportunity sources & reporting.
3. Your account
- Kairova is open to people aged 13 and over. If you are under the age at which you can accept these terms where you live, a parent or guardian must accept them for you.
- Give accurate information, keep your password private and tell us at support@niitunified.space if you think someone else used your account.
- An account is personal. Each plan allows a fixed number of signed-in devices (Explorer 1, Plus 2, Pro 2, Elite 3); signing in on another device signs out the oldest one, and a new device needs a code sent to your e-mail.
- One account per e-mail address.
4. Free and paid plans
Explorer is free. Plus, Pro, Elite are paid plans described on the pricing section; how payment, renewal and refunds work is set out in Subscriptions, billing & refunds. A paid plan pays for Kairova's own work (gathering, filtering, matching, alerts, tracking and the tools listed for each plan), not for exclusive rights to listings that their organisers publish openly.
5. What you post
If you upload a CV, apply to a verified employer, write to an employer or submit a document for review, you confirm you have the right to share it, and you allow us to store it and pass it to the people you chose to send it to. Organisations that publish postings must follow the acceptable use rules; postings that ask for fees, identity documents or off-platform contact are held for review.
6. Acceptable use, suspension and closure
You must follow the acceptable use rules. We may suspend an account that breaks them, after which its sessions end. You can delete your account at any time from Account & security. Not buying a plan is never a reason to close an account.
7. Intellectual property
The Kairova software, design and brand belong to EF Nexus. Listings remain the property of their organisers and sources, which we credit on each listing.
8. Availability
We work to keep Kairova available, but sources and the service itself can be interrupted. When a source is unavailable, listings we already hold stay visible with their original dates rather than being shown as freshly updated.
9. Changes and questions
We will date every change to these terms on this page and tell members by e-mail about material changes. Questions and complaints: support@niitunified.space. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the consumer law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived.
