About
Mission principale
Rattachée à la Head of HR Operations, le/la HR Data & Social Controlling Analyst assure le pilotage de la masse salariale et des effectifs, tout en développant une approche analytique et data-driven de la fonction RH.
Il/elle garantit la fiabilité des données sociales, contribue à la construction et au suivi du budget RH, automatise les reportings et transforme les données RH en analyses pertinentes en étroite collaboration avec la Direction Financière.
