Customer Support Officer (Japanese speaking) – Remote Japan Overview A regulated international FX/CFD broker is hiring a Japanese-speaking Customer Support Officer, working remotely from Japan, to support clients through account opening, platform use and enquiries. Responsibilities
Help clients open and maintain trading accounts
Answer enquiries by email, phone and internal channels
Make welcome calls and follow-ups
Explain trading platforms and services; troubleshoot MetaTrader issues
Resolve back-office and account enquiries and handle complaints
Liaise with intern
