About
The role
As an Lifecycle Manager for Reactivations, you will be an integral part of HelloFresh's strategy addressing millions of former customers across 17 of our markets and 4 of our brands. You will be responsible for supporting the implementation of customer-centric data-based customer journeys, to help us translate our vision into reality. You will make suggestions and challenge our initiatives looking for effective communications and the health of our channels, while ensuring timely delivery of our execution roadmap.
