Im Fokus stehen HR-Controlling, KPIs und Reporting, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von HR-Systemen sowie die eigenständige Steuerung von Digitalisierungs- und Optimierungsprojekten.
HR-Projekte & Prozesse: Eigenständige Planung und Umsetzung von HR-Projekten sowie Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Personalprozessen.
Systeme & Reporting: Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von HR-Systemen, Auswertung von Kennzahlen und Erstellung von Reports und Entscheidungsgrundlagen.
