About
As a People Operations Specialist, you will act as the primary HR contact and trusted advisor in our distribution centre, partnering closely with site leadership and employees to drive people-centric initiatives, ensure compliance, and create a positive work environment by fostering a safe, inclusive, and performance-driven workplace culture.
What You Will Be Doing:
Primary HR point of contact : Own all operational HR matters on site and handle day-to-day colleague queries, liaising with support functions as needed.
Leadership coaching and advice : Coach and advise senior leaders on HR topics
