About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, resourceful Recruiting & HR Operations Manager to help us attract, hire, and support exceptional talent as we grow. This role will primarily focus on full-cycle recruiting, partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand business needs, build talent pipelines, and deliver an efficient, high-quality candidate experience.
While recruiting will be the priority, this role will support onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, and day-to-day HR operations for our Swiss-based team when time allows. Reporting to the Fractional HR
