About
MongoDB powers mission‑critical workloads for customers who expect their data to be durable, highly available, and fast to access. The Storage Execution team builds the core infrastructure that makes those guarantees real.
We are hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to manage the largely New York-based Storage Execution team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is obsessed with customer success, takes the responsibility of durably storing customer data seriously, and has strong empathy for both their team and our users.
This role can be based remotely in the United States.
