<p><strong>Mission Brief </strong></p>
<p>As a Senior L&D Specialist at Isar Aerospace, you'll own learning and culture programs end to end and run them with real independence — from needs analysis and design through delivery, evaluation, and iteration. You'll manage senior stakeholders on your own, mentor more junior colleagues, and set the quality bar for how we develop people as we scale. This role reports to the VP Talent.</p>
