About
Bei Rosental Organics übernimmst du die kommerzielle Verantwortung für neue Skincare-Produkte und Beauty Tools, vom Business Case über den Go-to-Market bis zur Performance nach dem Launch. Du verbindest Produkt, Customer Insight und Growth und arbeitest dafür eng mit Head of Product, Product Development, Marketing, E-Commerce und CEO zusammen. Dein Ziel sind nicht möglichst viele Launches, sondern Produkte, die Rosentals nächste Hero Products werden können. Du entwickelst für neue Produkte den kommerziellen Business Case, von Consumer Need und Marktpotenzial über Pricing, Target COGS und Marge
