About
Als Teamleider HR Operations geef je leiding aan het team dat de basis van goed werkgeverschap bij Den Hartogh op orde houdt: payroll, P&C-administratie en verzuim. Je stuurt vier collega’s aan: een Payroll Specialist, twee People & Culture Assistants en een Casemanager Verzuim en borgt de kwaliteit, tijdigheid en compliance van de processen.
De payroll voer je niet zélf uit. Je bewaakt de juistheid ervan via controles en steekproeven en bent het eerste escalatiepunt bij complexe casuïstiek. Je rapporteert aan de Manager People & Culture en werkt nauw samen met de Manager People & Culture aan
